Primary Responsibilities

·       Prepare business cases and cost analyses for efficiency initiatives.

·       Conduct cost-benefit analyses for contracts and procurement.

·       Provide financial projections and identify cost reduction opportunities.

·       Develop financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.

·       Assist in contract management, negotiations and vendor selection.

·       Prepare and manage RFP documents.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.

·       Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional training in finance, contract management, or project management is a plus.
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
